“一带一路”背景下英语地域变体对英汉口译的影响及策略分析

“一带一路”沿线及与中国签定“一带一路”相关合作协议的许多国家使用的英语都具有一定程度的地域变体特点,主要体现在语音、词汇和语法方面。本文通过分析“一带一路”背景下一些相关国家的英语地域变体特点,探讨其对英汉口译的影响,并提出相应的口译策略:和语言图式、内容图式相关的口译策略,译前准备策略,以期对培养适应国际市场需求的口译人才具有一定的指导意义。

The Influence of English Varieties on English-Chinese Interpretation and Tactics Analysis in the Context of"The Belt and Road Initiative"

The English used by many countries along the"one belt and one road"and the related cooperation agreements signed with China"one belt and one road"have a certain degree of regional variation,mainly in terms of pronunciation,vocabulary and grammar.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of English regional variations in some related countries under the background of"one belt and one road",this paper discusses the influence on English Chinese interpretation and puts forward corresponding interpreting strategies:interpreting strategies related to language schema,content schema,and preparatory strategies before translation,so as to provide guidance for training interpreters who are suitable for international market demand.
