摘    要:在科学技术快速发展的时代背景下,对新技术材料提出了更高的要求,智能制造和材料的发展是相辅相成的,一方面材料科学的发展为制造科学带来了新的内容,另一方面制造业的装备和技术也为新材料的推广奠定了坚实的基础。而在这样的背景下,院校对于复合型人才的培养就显得至关重要,源于在未来的发展过程中,制造业和相关产业链的变革必然是学科交叉的协同创新,对人才培养方案也会提出更高的要求,对职业教育的人才培养必须从技术技能型向知识技能型进行转变,在文章的阐述中,主要围绕职业教育中复合型人才培养的教学改革进行分析和研究,旨在促进学生的专业综合能力得到快速的提升和发展。

Abstract:In the era of rapid development of science and technology,higher requirements are put forward for new technology materials.The development of intelligent manufacturing and materials complement each other.On the one hand,the development of materials science brings new contents to manufacturing science,on the other hand,the equipment and technology of manufacturing industry also lays a solid foundation for the promotion of new materials.In this context,colleges and universities are very important for the cultivation of compound talents.In the future development process,the transformation of manufacturing industry and related industry chain is bound to be the collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary,and higher requirements will be put forward for the talent cultivation program.The talent cultivation of vocational education must be changed from technical skills to knowledge skills In the elaboration,mainly around the vocational education in the teaching reform of compound talents training analysis and research,in order to promote the students'professional comprehensive ability to get rapid promotion and development.
