| 摘 要： | 目的:提高欠发达地区高等医学院校硕士研究生职业发展能力。方法:对某欠发达地区民族医学院校235名硕士研究生进行抽样调查,使用SPSS17.0对现状进行统计分析,并对未来硕士研究生职业发展能力培养进行分析探究。结果:研究生在职业生涯规划上对自身读研目的不够明确;在自我效能感和职业认同上大部分研究生拥有足够的自信并认可自身从事的工作。结论:欠发达地区高等医学院校应使研究生更明确读研目的,培养职业兴趣,不断增强职业认同感。

| Abstract: | Objective:to improve the professional development ability of postgraduates in medical colleges in underdeveloped areas.Methods:a sample survey was conducted among 235 postgraduate students from ethnic medical colleges in an under-developed area,and the statistical analysis of the current situation was carried out by using SPSS17.0.Results:the purpose of graduate students'career planning is not clear enough;In terms of self-efficacy and professional identity,most graduate stu-dents are confident enough to recognize their work.Conclusion:medical colleges and universities in less developed areas should make the purpose of postgraduate study more clear,develop vocational interest and strengthen professional identity. |
