| 摘 要： | 我国宪法确立的各民族语言地位平等的政策,对不同语言来说仅仅是一种形式上的平等,并不能真正实现民族的平等,更不能达到保持语言多样性的目标。随着经济和社会的发展,少数族群语言面临消亡的危险越来越大,仅仅规定各民族语言地位平等是远远不够的,必须对少数族群语言进行特别保护,使不同语言达到实质上的平等,以保持文化的多元主义。

| Abstract: | The language equality policy established in China’s Constitution is only a formal equality of all languages which can neither realize ethnic equality nor keep the diversity of languages.With the development of economy and society,the danger of language disappearance increases.Thus,it’s far from enough to formulate the language equality.Ethnic minority languages should be protected to reach the authentic equality of languages which in turn keep the cultural pluralism. |
