| Abstract: | Questionnaires are attributed to 37 universities and colleges of Hebie Province in an attempt to look into the current situation and problems of Hebei college laboratory technicians.The results indicate that it is imperative to conduct a substantial reform in the construction of the laboratory technician contigent,raise their status and integral competence so as to make them play an important part in the regional economic and social development. |
