摘    要:据世界卫生组织调查,目前,我国大学生的心理障健康问题日益严重,压力、人际关系和情绪是影响心理健康的主要因素,如何加强大学生的心理健康教育,已成为高校一个必须认真解决的问题。本文探讨瑜伽练习对增强女大学生心理健康水平、缓解压力、改善人际关系的作用,旨在为高校心理健康教育寻找新的途径。

Abstract:The World Health Organization survey,at present,the psychological barrier of college students increasingly serious health problems,Pressure,relationships and emotions are the main factors affecting mental health,how to enhance the psychological health education,has become a university must carefully addressed.Through yoga practice on the increase of female mental health,relieve stress,improve the role of interpersonal relationships,mental health education to college to find a new way.
