高等体育院校的"休闲与健康"公共服务供给

运用文献综述和归纳演绎法,概述了政府改革实践需要和公共服务供给主体多元化理论是高等院校参与构建公共服务体系的条件基础,知识经济时代高等院校组织职能的新扩展是高等院校参与构建公共服务体系的功能基础;论述了休闲社会文化的演变和发展将为高等体育院校参与供给公共休闲服务创造契机,健康生活方式的日常化和社会化将为高等体育院校参与供给公共健康服务赋予使命;提出了高等体育院校要作为"休闲与健康"多元公共服务体系的主要供给者,努力创新供给大众"休闲与健康"公共产品,促进"全民健身服务体系"提升纳入到"社会公共服务体系"的层次,从而保障服务大众不断增长的"休闲与健康"的基本需求,促进我国社会朝着全面建设和谐安康社会的目标不断迈进。

Public Service of Leisure and Health in Sports Colleges and Universities

By literature,induction and deductive,the paper outlines the government reforming the practice to need and the multiplication theory on main body of public service to be the higher learning institutions' participation in constructing public service system condition foundation,and in the knowledge economy era,new expansion of higher learning institutions' organization function is the function foundation of higher learning institutions' participation in constructing public service system.Leisure society culture's evolution and the development,which serve the sports colleges and universities participation in supplying public leisure,have created an opportunity of boom.the popularity and socialization of health life style calls for sports colleges and universities participation in supplying public health.Sports colleges and universities must take the "leisure and health" as main supplier of multi-dimensional public service product. The mass fitness needs to be promoted to part of the social public service system,thus promises the increasing demand of "leisure and health",and promotes the Chinese society to be all-round developed and harmonious.
