摘    要:实践模式的改革创新是高职教育转型升级的关键环节。以湖南理工职业技术学院为研究对象,分析学校办学特色和优势,引入企业真实项目,以国家示范性新能源发展工程"多能互补综合能源系统"为例,开展跨专业综合实践项目设计,为培养有创新精神和合作意识的高素质复合型人才提供策略支持。

Abstract:The reform and innovation of the practice mode is the key link in the transformation and upgrading of higher vocational education. The paper takes Hunan Vocational Institute of Technology as the research object, and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of running the school. With the "multi-energy complementarity comprehensive energy system" of national demonstration new energy development project as an example, it carries out cross-specialty comprehensive practical project design to provide strategic support for the cultivation of high-quality compound talent with innovative spirit and cooperation sense.
