| 摘 要： | 董仲舒是西汉著名儒学大师,在法律思想方面,他倡导的君权至上、“三纲五常”“德主刑辅”、春秋决狱等,反映出地主阶级的法律思想已经初步完善.董仲舒的法律思想完全适应了地主阶级加强皇权和统治人民的需要,影响中国封建社会达2 000年之久.

| Abstract: | Dong Zhongshu,the famous Confucian representative in the Western Han dynasty,recommended a series political ideas.He advocated the superiority of king-power,"three cardinal guides and five constant virtues"education first,punishment second"spring and autumn case-break"and so on,which reflected that the landlord's law had been completed roughly.Dong Zhongshu's law thought could meet the need of the landlord's rule over people and has influenced the feudal society for over two thousand years. |
