高校文科创新创业训练团队构建及有效协作

在高校文科创新创业训练过程中,构建一支结构合理、有效协作的训练团队是保证其实效的必然之举。首先要确定得力的团队负责人,其次构建结构合理的参与人队伍,同时也要根据教科研方向近似原则确定指导教师。还要通过目标管理细分团队所有成员的任务及相互间协作关系,指导教师要加强过程管理与全程参与,同时实施负责人总评和团队参与者互评相结合的协作绩效考评机制。

Nowadays,it is necessary to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship training in college liberal arts major under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.In the process of innovation and entrepreneurship training,team formation and effective cooperation is the important method to ensure effectiveness.In the process of team formation,it needs to determinate strong team leader,construct reasonable structure participants team,determinate advisers on principle of teaching and scientific research approximate at the same time.It’s also necessary to subdivide tasks and cooperation of all team participants by objective management.Advisers should strengthen process management and participate in the entire process.And it needs to enforce collaborative performance evaluation mechanism combined with team leader general evaluation and participants mutual evaluation.
