对金融学实践教学问题的反思与改进

加强和提高实践教学水平已成为金融学专业本科教学的一个重要课题。我校金融学专业在依托实验室开展实践教学、校企合作推进实践教学、科研驱动式实践教学等方面取得了重要进展,学生对实践教学的认同度较高。为了进一步增强实践教学的有效性,提升学生专业素养,实现人才培养目标。笔者面向2008级金融学专业学生发放了60份调查问卷,运用调查问卷法,分析了实践教学存在的问题,认为实践教学形式单一,实践周的时间安排与实习单位要求不对称,实践周内容安排浅显、随意性较大等问题较为突出。结合问题,笔者提出打造高仿真金融交易环境,强化软环境建设,内容安排考虑固性和弹性有效结合,改进考试考核方法等对策建议。

Reflection on and Improvement of Financial Practice Teaching

The strengthening and improvement of financial practice teaching has become an important subject in undergraduate education of finance major.Great progress has been made in finance major in laboratory practice teaching,school-enterprise cooperation and research-driven practice teaching in the School of Economics in Beijing Wuzi University.To further enhance the effectiveness of the practice teaching,to improve students’ professionalism,and to achieve talent cultivation target,a research was conducted to analyze the problems in practice teaching using the questionnaire method by distributing 60 questionnaires to the students of finance major in grade 2008.A proposal was made that a simulation environment of financial transactions should be created to strengthen the construction of soft environment,and to improve the examination methods etc.
