| 摘 要： | 该文指出,要充分把握"双师型"教师的基本内涵,分析当前"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状及存在问题,认识到"双师型"教师建设是培养高技能人才的迫切需要,探讨以培养高技能人才为目标的"双师型"教师队伍建设的措施:要面向企业引进高技术专门人才,加强兼职教师队伍建设,拓宽专业教师的职业技能培训的途径,采取措施鼓励教师参加职业资格证书的认证考核,建立"双师型"教师的考核激励体系和职称评审制度。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that it is necessary to master the basic intension of the academic-practical teachers, to analysis the actual state and problem of this team and recognize that the construction of this team is the urgent demand of high-skilled talents training. The authors study the measures of the academlc-practlcal teachers team construction with the purpose of training hlgh-skilled talents. Imorting hlgh-skilled talents from enterprise, strengthening part-time teachers construction, broadening the way of professional skill training of profession teacher, taking measures to encourage teachers to take part in the implementation and examination of vocational qualification certificate and building encourage and promoting system to the academic-pacfical tachers are the effective methods. |
