| 摘 要： | 构建区域教育超市是推进教育整体发展的战略目标.实施教育民生工程,这是构建区域教育超市的起点,也是保证各类"消费者"都能进入教育超市的入场券.实现区域内教育资源共享,这是构建区域教育超市的基础,也是推进教育整体发展的必由之路.在一定范围实现区域内学校的绩效共评和责任共当是构建区域教育超市的归宿,也是区域教育超市成败的关键.
