辽宁省部分高职院校女大学生体育意识的调查与分析

本文运用文献资料法,问卷调查法,访谈调查法和数理统计法,对辽宁部分高职院校女大学生体育意识的现状进行了调查与分析。研究表明:辽宁省高职院校女大学生体育意识的形成的原因主要受我国现行的体育教育制度、办学条件、经济环境、社会对人才需要及自身因素等方面的影响;大部分女大学生对体育锻炼能够增强体质、健美的价值认同较高;绝大多数女大学生认为体育锻炼具有心理调节作用。因此,加强高职院校女大学生的体育意识教育,培养积极的体育意识及持久的体育兴趣和体育锻炼习惯,对实现提高高职院校女大学生体育教育的质量具有现实意义。

Investigation and Analysis on Sports Awareness of Female Students in Some Vocational Colleges in Liaoning Province

Through using the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper made investigation on sports awareness of female students in some vocational colleges in Liaoning province.The result shows that the main reason is the infiuence of the sports teaching condition,economic environment,the social requirement for talents and personal factor.The majority of female students think that the physical training can strengthen their physique and the health,and has the function for mental adjustment.Therefore,enhancing the sports awareness education on female students of high vocational colleges,training the positive sports awareness and the long-term sports interest and habit have important significance to realize and enhance the physical education teaching quality for female students in vocational colleges.
