| 摘 要： | 在新一轮一流学科建设中，保障取得政策预期效果的要点主要包括遵循学科建设内在规律更新学科建设理念，平衡和妥善处理学科建设与评估的关系，强化学科建设的反哺与造血以及服务功能，科学规划学科布局和学科调整，注重学科的内涵式发展，构建既符合国际惯例又彰显中国特色和实际需求的学科建设评价标准和评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | During the process of first-class discipline construction, the key points to achieve expected results mainly include updating the concept in accordance with the inherent laws of discipline construction, balancing and properly handling the relationship between discipline construction and evaluation, strengthening the feedback and service functions of discipline construction, scientifically planning discipline layout and discipline adjustment, and paying attention to the connotative development of disciplines. As a result, we can construct the evaluation standards and evaluation index system that conform to international practice and highlight Chinese characteristics and actual needs. |
