十个"五年计划"与三个根本转变

五年计划是国民经济计划的一部分,属长期计划,中华人民共和国成立后,从1953年第一个五年计划开始,全国共编制了10个"五年计划".从历次"五年计划"规定的奋斗目标和基本任务中,可以反映出我国社会经济的根本转变和巨大进步.其具体表现为对"公有制经济"在思想认识上的根本转变、经济体制从高度集中的计划经济向社会主义市场经济的转变以及人民生活水平从贫困向小康的转变.

Ten Five-Year Plans and Three Fundamental Turns

The five-year plan is a part of the national economic plan and it is the long-term plan. Since the foundation of the Peoples Republic of China, ten Five-Year Plans have been worked out in the whole country from the first five-year plan in 1953. From the struggle objectives and fundamental tasks set in all past Five-Year Plans, the fundamental turns and great advances of our countrys social economy can be reflected out. These fundamental turns are the fundamental turn of public-owned economy in ideological understanding, the turn of the economic system from highly centralized planned economy to socialist market economy and the turn of the peo;oes living standard from poverty to better-off level.
