低氧训练对大鼠脂蛋白脂肪酶和甘油三酯影响的实验研究

摘    要:实验选取雄性SD健康大鼠60只,随机分为6组,即平原安静组(A)、平原训练组(B)、高原安静组(C)、高住高练组(D)、高住低练组(E)、低住高练组(F),A、B、F组在常氧下居住,C、D、E组在低氧下居住。模拟低氧舱内氧浓度为15.4%左右,相当于海拔2 500 m。B、E组每天在常氧动物跑台上运动,25 m/min、60 min/d、6 d/w,D、F组每天在相当于海拔2 500 m低氧环境动物跑台上以20 m/min、60 min/d、6 d/w的强度运动,共实验6周。结果:高住高练组、高住低练组和低住高练组与平源训练组相比较,甘测三酯浓度、肝素后脂蛋白脂肪酶和骨骼肌蛋白脂肪酶的活性提高得更明显,提出低氧训练对善脂代谢状态和预防高脂血症、冠心病的发生更为有效。

Abstract:60 male Sprague-Dawly(SD) rats were randomly divided into 6 groups as following: Normoxic Controlled group(A),Normoxic training group(B),Hypoxic controlled group(C),Living high-training high group(D),Living high-training low group(E),Living low-training high group(F).The hypoxic chamber imitated normobaric hypoxic condition,oxygen concentration inside was controlled at 15.4%,which is equal to 2 500 m high altitude.Group B and E was trained at 25 m/min speed at normoxic treadmill.After exercise,group E should live in hypoxic chamber for 12 hours and out at the next morning.Group D and F was trained at 20 m/min speed in hypoxic chamber.After exercise,group D should live in hypoxic chamber.All the training groups should exercise for 60 min/d,6d/w,6 weeks.Result:there are significant difference between D,E,F and B in triglyceride concentration,the activity of lipoprotein lipase and lipoprotein lipase in skeletal muscles(P<0.05).All these suggest that hypoxic training have better effect on blood lipid metabolism and will prevent hyperlipemia.and atherosclerosis.
