| 摘 要： | 从电流型CMOS电路的特点出发,提出了混合开关理论,并将该理论应用于三值电流型CMOS电路的设计.此外,对所设计的极性变换电路利用SPICE程序进行了计算机模拟.

and applies the theory to the design of ternary current-mode CMOS circuits. In addition, the designed polari-
