| 摘 要： | 对2010年广州亚运会佛山赛区赛事大学生志愿者进行问卷调查,了解本届亚运会志愿者对亚运会志愿者的招募、培训、配置、激励、评估等的满意度。结果表明:亚运会佛山赛区赛事大学生志愿者的管理还存在一些问题,志愿者的满意度尚未达到平均水平,但是大多数志愿者仍对大型体育赛事的志愿者活动存在着巨大的热情和积极性。

| Abstract: | Questionaire investigation has been conducted with the university student volunteers in Fuoshan competition district of the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games to reveal their satisfactory degree of volunteer enrollment,training,allocation,stimulation and assessment.The research reveals that there are some problems in the management of the university student volunteers in the Fuoshan competition district of Guangzhou Asian Games and their satisfactory degree hasn’t reached the auerage level.However,most of the volunteers are passionate and active for the volunteering activitie of great sports competitions. |
