| 摘 要： | 对由于2011-2012赛季NBA劳资纠纷停摆导致高水平外援涌入CBA后,对CBA产生的一系列问题进行了探讨。研究认为:NBA球员的引进对赞助商的发展大为有利,对球迷市场的构建起到了良好的促进作用,对大部分球员的技战术水平提高及观念转变有较好的示范作用;NBA球员的引入,对俱乐部及联盟的管理水平、球队教练组指导训练及比赛能力、边缘球员的发展等问题提出了挑战。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the CBA problems caused by the infusion of high level foreign basketball players after the NBA stopped because of the labor dispute in 2011-2012 seasons.The recruitment of NBA players promotes the sponsor development and the basketball fan market establishment and it also helps improve the tactic and skills of the Chinese basketball players.the recruitment of NBA players also imposes challenges to the management of the clubs and leagues,training and guiding ability of the coach teams and the fringe player development. |
