公民社会视角下英国青少年体育组织研究

基于青少年成长阶段性特点,青少年体育是提高全民族身体素质和健康水平的起点。以公民社会为理论背景,透视英国青少年体育组织运行模式:个体权利和公共领域的融合发展给予青少年公共体育生活带来了巨大的发展空间。英国青少年体育胜任组织,得到了英国政府和社会的高度重视,促使社会团体蓬勃发展、学校体育逐渐融合、休闲空间不断拓展,使青少年实现参与体育运动的权利。

A study of British youth sport organizations from the perspective of civil society

Based on the stage specific characteristics of teenager growing up,youth sport is the starting point of en-hancing the physical constitution and health level of the whole nation.By basing theoretical background on civil so-ciety,the authors examined British youth sports organization running modes:the joint development of individual rights and public areas has brought tremendous development spaces to the public sports life of teenagers;British "Youth Sport Trust" as a social organization is highly regarded by the British government and society;as analyzed from the perspective of civil society,the most distinctive characteristics of this organization are to boost the boom-ing of social groups,to blend in school physical education gradually,to expand leisure spaces constantly,and to en-able teenagers to have the right to participate in sports activities.
