研究生产学研合作培养模式的多样化探索——以广西师范大学生物学学科为例

运用访谈法和问卷法研究了广西师范大学生物学学科开展产学研合作研究生培养的现状。结果表明:该学科在采用多种产学研合作模式培养研究生上取得了较好的成绩;同时存在诸如合作单位性质比例失调、合作地域狭窄、合作培养规模小等问题。归其原因,政府支持力度不够是首要因素,其次为企业参与积极性、高校的主动意识和中介机构协调力等因素。在此基础上,提出了推动广西高校研究生产学研合作培养模式多样化的对策建议。

Exploration on Diversified Cooperative Cultivation Mode of Production, Teaching and Research of Postgraduate --Taking the Biology Major of Guangxi Normal University as Example

The present situation on cooperative cultivation involving production,teaching and research of post graduate biology major students in Guangxi Normal University is researched by the method of interviewing and questionnaire.The result shows that relatively great achievements have been made by using this diversified cooperative cultivation for postgraduates.There are still some problems such as the disproportion of cooperative institutions,confined cooperative regions,small-scale of cooperation and so on.The factors that lead to the problems are cheifly lacking of government support,then are the participating will of enterprises,the consciousness degree of universities and the coordinating ability of intermediaries.On such basis,some suggestions are put forword to promote the diversity on cooperative cultivation mode of production,teaching and research of postgraduates in colleges and universities of Guangxi.
