排球上旋球击打类技术教学模式初探

将正面扣球、正面上手大力发球、跳发球及打防的击打手法命名为上旋球击打类技术。分析认为，这类技术具有运用上旋球手法击打球的共同特点，上旋球手法是这类技术的关键性技术，是教学的重点和难点。为提高这类技术的教学质量，摸索其有效教学途径，设计了一种先打上旋球手法基础，再进一步学习各项技术，以期收到事半功倍效果的教学新模式。经实验研究表明，运用此教学模式施教，学生的扣球技术进步快，发球技术提高幅度大，击打手法掌握好。

Preliminary Approach to Teaching Pattern for Students to Master Batting Technique of Top Spin in Volleyball

The frontal smash, the frontal upper-hand drive service, lumping service and the way of batting in batting--defending exercise are called batting technique of top spin, which is characterized by applying topspin skill to bat the ball. The topspin skill is the key of batting technique and is an important and difficult point in teaching. In order to improve the quality in batting technique teaching and try to find out an effective way to teach the new pattern was designed. At first, the students were helped to master the skill of topspin and then to learn and practice various kinds of technique so as to get twice the result with half the effort. The experimental study proved that by applying this teaching pattern in practice, the students have made rapid progress in smash, service and batting.
