从结构调整看经济全球化对非洲国家的负面影响

20世纪末的结构调整,是非洲国家在经济全球化进程的一次尝试和实践。通过对结构调整的剖析,笔者得出的结论是:第一,在经济全球化进程中,非洲国家缺乏主动权,处于一种十分被动的地位;第二,经济全球化对非洲国家带来的困难和挑战大于机遇和希望。对此,非洲国家必须有充分的认识和准备。

Negative Effects of Economic Globalization on African Countries Through The Structural Adjustment

The structural adjustment at the end of the 20th century was an experience of African countries in the course of the economic globalization. Through a profound analysis of the structural adjustment, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, African countries have lost the initiative and they are in a passive position in the course of economic globalization. Second, the economic globalization tends to bring about more challenges and difficulties that African countries have to meet; it inclines to bring fewer opportunities and hopes to them. African countries must fully perceive and understand this and get adequately prepared for it.
