| 摘 要： | 武术教学是体育教育专业的必修课程,针对普通院校武术专业教学所面临的课时少、内容多、学生武术功底差的难题,文章运用生理学、解剖学及训练学等方面的有关知识对武术动作教学中的教学顺序以及教学特征进行了分析,提出了相应的见解及方法,旨在为武术动作教学提供理论依据及相应的操作方法。

| Abstract: | As is well known to all,Wushu teaching is one of the subjects on physical education in universities and colleges.Being aimed at the present difficulties of less lessons,more contents and poorer bases in normal students on wushu teaching in universities and colleges,and in order to provide reference and basis for wushu teaching,the paper analyzes the order and characteristics of Wushu teaching,and puts forward some new ideas and teaching methods for Wushu teaching,with the interrelated knowledge about sports science and physiology,sport straining,in order to provide some teaching methods and teaching theoretical basis for it. |
