| Abstract: | Regional education development planning is a necessity in building up and carrying out "Scientific Outlook Development" and driving balance,overall,and harmonious education development.It is also a significant measure responding to the trend of regional development,learning-pattern society,as well as an important measure to implement "Strategy of Strengthening China Through Human Resource Development".It is a significant task which must be taken on by local governments and education departments.Based on the studies of regional education development planning in these years,this paper aims to analyze concept,special features and significance of regional education development planning,and then some reflection is also made upon this issue. |
