| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校人才队伍建设问题,通过对既往管理行为的反思,根据“柔性管理”理论,解读人本管理思想内涵,以“柔”的原则与“软”的控制,建立创新的人才培养机制.在形成和实施科学的人才管理制度上,充分考虑人的精神和情感因素,使人才管理工作达到新的境界.

| Abstract: | According to problems of teacher-team construction in higher vocational colleges, consideration of past management behavior, unscrambling the idea of people oriented and flexible management theory, and applying flexible principle and soft control, a new talents training mechanism has been set up, During forming and conducting scientific talents management system, people sprite and emotional factors have been fully considered to reach a new level on talents management. |
