| 摘 要： | 高校仪器设备资源是人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的物质基础。随着国家经济的发展,国家对高等教育的投入逐年增大,高校拥有的仪器设备资源数量不断增长,功能不断增强,档次不断提升。高校仪器设备资源的开放共享是发挥其经济价值与社会价值的必由之路,近些年此项工作受到越来越多的关注,有着较大的发展空间。开放共享需要制度保障以实现参与各方的权益,多赢的共享体系能够充分调动各方的积极性,使其得到持续健康发展。
