| 摘 要： | 提高贵重精密仪器使用效益和开放共享水平已成为高校资产管理部门的重要研究课题。分析了高校贵重精密仪器各级管理的责、权、利关系以及目前管理体制普遍存在的问题,并提出了相关管理建议。

| Abstract: | How to insure the sharing and opening of the precision instruments and equipments has been a brand new topic for the state-owned assets management department in colleges and universities.This paper firstly discusses the responsibility,authorities and benefits in the management system,and then gives some suggestions according to the existing problems. |
