构建地方师范院校就业工作机制的探索

目前,全国共有一百多所高等师范院校,除去教育部直属的6所师范大学,其他的师范院校都属于地方师范院校。由此可以看出,地方师范院校是我国教师培养的主力军,地方师范院校毕业生的就业问题是一个值得研究的重要问题,而地方师范院校就业工作机制是制约其就业工作的一个重要因素,本文旨在通过对当前师范类毕业生面临的特殊就业形势的分析,探索如何构建有地方师范院校特色的就业工作机制。

A Probe into the Construction of the Working Mechanism for Students' Employment in the Normal Universities at the Provincial Level
