| 摘 要： | 以“发展高校篮球事业，培养高校篮球人才”为宗旨，从管理学、经济学、社会学、比较学等角度，对构建高校篮球俱乐部和我国篮球后备人才的培养体制进行研究论证，提出了高校篮球俱乐部与社会企业合作的管理理念及发展思路。

| Abstract: | With the aim of developing university basketball course and cultinating the qualified basketball players, this paper bases on the management science, economics, sociology as well as comparative science and presents a study on establishment of university basketball clubs and the cultivation system of the reserve basketball plyers in Chinese universities and colleges. Besides, a new management concept and development idea is put forward the collaboration of university basketball clubs and enterprises. |
