高职院校教师专业化的现状及路径选择

调查显示,目前高职教师存在专业实践操作技能不强、课程开发与科研能力薄弱等问题。推进高职教师专业化发展,应借鉴国外高职教师专业化的成功经验,从政府角度完善高职教师专业化的政策保障体系,从学校层面实施校本培训策略,同时推动教师从个人视角进行教学反思,不断提升自身职业素质和职业能力。
