健康行为视角下高校体育教学的改革与实施

文章着眼于健康行为这一视角,重点突出了高校体育教学过程中存在的学生体质健康状况不理想、体育教师教学观念落后以及学生运动观念不正确等问题,对于我国高校体育教学工作提出了新的要求。同时,针对健康行为视角下高校体育教学过程中部分高校还存在课程类型单一、教师教学能力不足以及课程评价体系不完善等问题,高校采用了加强教师培训、丰富课程类型以及优化高校体育课程评价体系等方式,对于我国高校学生健康行为的养成以及全面发展也产生了一定的积极作用。

Reform and Implementation of Physical Education Teaching in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Health Behavior

From the perspective of health behavior,this paper focuses on the problems existing in the process of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,such as the students'physical health is not ideal,the teaching concept of physical education teachers is backward,and the students'concept of exercise is not correct,which puts forward new requirements for the physical education work in colleges and universities in China.At the same time,in view of the health behavior perspective of college physical education teaching process,some colleges and universities still have the problems of single curriculum type,insufficient teaching ability and imperfect curriculum evaluation system.Therefore,they need to adopt such methods as strengthening teacher training,enriching curriculum types and optimizing the evaluation system of college physical education curriculum,so as to cultivate and develop the healthy behavior of college students in China.
