| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,访问法等对安徽省部分业余体校女子短跑项目训练现状进行调查和分析。研究发现,安徽省女子短跑队员的训练动机主要是为校争光及对专项的兴趣。同时指出由于训练时间短,运动员本身条件和教练员水平等因素影响了训练水平的提高。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature and interviews,the paper made a survey of current status of women sprint training in Amateur Sports School in Anhui province.The result showed that the main motivation of their training is for the school's honors and special interest.The author thought that training for short time,quality of athletes themselves and level of the coaches are the main factors to affect the improvement of women's sprint training. |
