新时代全民健身在乡村振兴中的功能探究

通过文献资料法与理论分析法,立足于新时代乡村振兴战略“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的总要求,联系全民健身的发展现状,对全民健身在乡村振兴中的功能进行了探究。全民健身能够刺激体育消费以促进乡村产业兴旺;保护和优化乡村生态环境的与人居环境以促进乡村生态宜居;抵制乡村落后娱乐习俗、净化乡村不良风气以及发扬优秀体育文化以促进乡村乡风文明;推动治理主体多元化、治理结构网络化、治理方式民主化与法制化以促进乡村治理有效;增强乡村居民体质健康水平、减轻乡村居民医疗负担、拓宽乡村居民增收渠道以促进村民生活富裕。

Research on the Function of National Fitness in Rural Revitalization in the New Era

Based on the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy-to build rural areas with thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,social etiquette and civility,effective governance,prosperity-in the new era,and relating to the development status of national fitness,the literature and theoretical analysis are adopted to explore the functions of national fitness.Main conclusions can be illustrated as follows:National fitness can stimulate the consumption of sports to promote the prosperity of rural industries.Protect and optimize the rural ecological environment and living environment to promote the rural ecological livability.Resist the backward entertainment customs,purify the bad atmosphere and promote the excellent sports culture to promote the rural civilization.Promote the diversification of governance bodies,the networking of governance structures,the democratization and legalization of governance to promote effective rural governance.Improve the physical health level of rural residents,reduce their burden of medical care and expand the channels to increase their income to promote their prosperity.
