| 摘 要： | 阐述公文的真实是政治的真实,衡量公文真实的尺子是政治。认为公文追求的是现实的真实、主流的真实与发展真实的三者紧密结合的真实。指出造成公文不真实的原因有两方面:一是公文作者的主体原因,二是公文写作技术方面的原因。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the authenticity of official docu ment, believing that politics is the sole criterion of authenticity. It is thought that the authenticity of official document lies in the c lose combination of actuality, main aspect, and development. Two main rea sons are given for lack of truth of official document: the author in person and writing technique. |
