摘    要:通过数据分析和政策解读,全面分析温州市学前教育发展的现实基础、人口变化和学前教育需求,尤其对生育政策调整后户籍人口的生育变动、省外流入人口生育变动、学前教育需求峰值及趋势进行数据分析,提出要精准规划、扩充学位供给、激发办学活力、建立扩容机制、解决师资紧缺问题等建议,为区域学前教育事业发展提供决策参考。

Abstract:This paper by analyzing the data and policy of the realistic foundation of preschool education, population change and preschool education needs in Wenzhou city, Especially analyzing the Changes in fertility policy adjustment after the growth of the pop-ulation, the changes of province population and trends of preschool education demand peak, Proposed to accurately plan to expand the degree of supply, stimulate the vitality of the school, establish the expansion mechanism , solve the problem of shortage of teachers and other recommendations, Provide decision-making reference for the development of regional preschool education.
