摘    要:员工培训是现代企业获得高素质人才,提升员工综合能力的重要途径。但由于培训观念存在误区、培训制度不完善、培训对象范围狭窄、对培训需求分析不够、忽视评估等原因,我国企业员工培训存在低效的问题。为此,应从加强重视,建立规范的培训制度,扩大培训范围,做好培训需求分析,构建风险防范机制入手,提高现代企业员工培训的有效性,更好地发挥员工培训为企业发展储备人力资源的作用。

Abstract:Staff training is important approaches for modern enterprise acquiring high-quality talents and enhancing comprehensive abilities of staff,but because misunderstandings existed in training view,unperfect training system,narrow scope of training object,inadequate analysis on training demand and ignorance of evaluation,the efficiency of enterprise staff training in China is low.Therefore,in order to enhance the efficiency and fully take advantage of staff training,the enterprise should start from strengthening emphasis,building regulation mechanism,enlarging training scope,analyzing training demand and constructing crisis prevention mechanism.
