| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对我国私人教练认证与培训市场现状开展调查,指出了其中存在的问题主要有监管缺位、涉嫌违法、国家证书的不公平竞争等,提出了完善私人教练认证与培训市场的若干对策:完善立法,使私人教练认证与培训合法化;健全行政监管机制,维护市场秩序;建立体育职业资格认证行业自律制度;强化社会监督机制.
