| 摘 要： | 体育场(馆)的运营绩效不仅关系着区域体育经济的振兴和我国体育事业的发展,而且对于优化配置体育资源和广泛开展体育传播具有重要的作用.由于体育场(馆)的空间多样性和复杂性特征,其绩效管理问题一直是影响和制约其有效运营的瓶颈.尽管研究者已经从多个方面对体育场(馆)问题进行了剖析,提出了许多有价值的观点,但尚未建立起有效的绩效评价体系.针对体育场(馆)运营绩效的有效性评价缺失,以体育场(馆)运营绩效评价为目标,引入平衡计分卡的财务、顾客、内部流程和学习与成长4个维度,分析和建立体育场(馆)运营绩效评价的指标体系和评价模型,并结合实际数据进行算例评价.
