| 摘 要： | 经济跨越式发展是西部欠发达地区的根本战略选择。本文在详细探讨西部欠发达地区实施经济跨越式发展战略的必然性及机遇的基础上,提出了西部欠发达地区实施经济跨越式发展的关键在于技术创新的观点,并分析了西部欠发达地区实施技术创新的可能性。

| Abstract: | Economic leaping-over development is an important strategy in underdeveloped regions of Western China.Based on fully discussing the inevitability and opportunity for underdeveloped regions of Western China to implement the strategy of economic leaping-over development,the paper puts forward the idea that the key to implement the strategy for underdeveloped regions of Western China is the technological innovation.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the probability for underdeveloped regions of Western China to carry out technological innovation. |
