| Abstract: | According to the experimental data,the author has analyzed the chief technique part of backward somersault 112 circumference tucked in hand in horizontal bar and the author has described quantitively the kinematics character, aiming at the shaking wave before flipping down to the front side of the horizontal bar, the split second of releasing the hands and grasping the bar. |
