社区教育共同体建设探析

基于社区治理的视角推进社区教育共同体建设是当今形势下社区教育内涵发展的关键所在,具备一定的发展基础与实践条件,但仍然存在一些问题,如社区教育共同体的自组织机制较弱、缺乏成员间自发的规约、资源整合力度不够、资金来源渠道单一.因此,需要明确社区治理主体的职责、建立社区教育共同体运行机制、完善社区教育的相关立法,以"三社联合"推进社区教育共同体建设,构建社区教育协同治理的体制,加强资源整合与社会支持,构建社区教育共同体章程.

An Analysis of Community Education Community Construction

Promoting community education community construction from the perspective of community governance is the key to the development of community education connotation under the current situation,which has certain development basis and practice con-dition. However,there are still some problems such as the weakness of community education community self-organization mechanism, the lack of spontaneous agreement between members,the lack of resource integration and a single source of funding channels. It is nec-essary to clarify the responsibilities of community governance principal parts,establish the mechanism of community education commu-nity,perfect the relevant legislation of community education,promote the construction of community education community with"three associations",build a system of community education coordination,strengthen resource integration and social support,and build com-munity education community regulation.
