人力资本角度下黑龙江省生产经营型职业农民的培训行为研究

基于黑龙江省农村实地调研数据,为了研究生产经营型职业农民培训行为,从人力资本角度采用二元logistics方法实证分析影响农民培训行为因素.结果表明,年龄、受教育程度、行情了解和健康状况具有显著正向影响,说明相关人力资本要素对生产经营型职业农民培训起重要作用.根据研究提出相关建议,各类培训主体要针对不同受众对象进行针对性培训,加强农村基础教育,政府要加强宣传力度,培育农民市场观念,完善农村基本医疗服务.

Study on Training Behavior of Production and Management Professional Farmers in Heilongjiang Province from the Perspective of Human Capital

Based on the data of field research in rural areas in Heilongjiang Province,to the training of Farmers Behavior of the production and operation of the occupation,using regression of binary logistic method from the perspective of human capital empirical a-nalysis of farmer training behavior factors,the results show that the significant positive impact on the age,education level,health status and market understanding. Human capital plays an important role on the production and operation of occupation farmer training. Ac-cording to the relevant recommendations of different target audience and targeted training,Those subjects of training should strengthen rural basic education and the government should strengthen the propaganda,cultivate the market concept,perfecting the rural basic medical service.
