| 摘 要： | 本文通过读联合国教科文组织世界高等教育会议的三个文件，对高等教育创新进行了新的思考，提出了高等教育创新的内容，即人才观的创新、学生观的创新、教学观的创新、教师观的创新。提出高等教育创新的关键是体制创新，即高等教育管理体制创新、办学体制创新、投资和融资体制的创新。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the three documents by UNESCO, the author gives fresh ideas about the contents of higher education innovations which include the innovations of the outlooks of talents, students, education and teachers. Thereby, the author concludes that the crux ofthe higher ducation innovations is the system innovations, that is, the system innovations of higher education managing, running, investing and funds circulating. |
