合肥市新型城镇化水平测度分析

根据新型城镇化的具体内涵，从经济、社会、人口和土地4个方面出发，利用熵值法，构建对1990—2012年合肥市的新型城镇化水平的测度评价体系。综合测度的分析表明合肥市的新型城镇化综合水平与官方公布的人口城市化有高度的正相关性；合肥市的城镇化水平不断提高，且以经济增长和社会进步为主要特征。同时发现第三产业、公共交通和城市环境水平对合肥市城镇化的带动作用较小。合肥市应促进产业结构调整，着力保持城镇化可持续发展，全面推进新型城镇化。

Study on the Evaluation of New-style Urbanization Level in Hefei

From the specific meaning of new-style urbanization, using the method of entropy, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system including four aspects of economy, society, population and geographic landscape to measure the urbanization level of Hefei from 1990 to 2012. The results show that the comprehensive urbanization level of Hefei continues improving and indicates a highly positive correlation with the official announcement of urbanization. The growth of economy and social progress are the main features. The tertiary industry and the level of public transport and the environment are the least advanced. This paper argues Hefei should promote the development of the tertiary industry, when maintaining the sustainable development of urbanization and promoting new-style urbanization.
