| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈与观察等方法试图从CBA裁判工作的现状入手,对业余裁判与职业联赛之间的矛盾进行客观分析,找出我国实行裁判职业化所要求的社会、经济等条件,更进一步对裁判队伍的职业化问题进行前瞻性和可行性研究,并提出促进CBA裁判职业化实行的对策,进而为促进我国篮球运动的健康、迅速发展提供理论依据与合理化建议.

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary review,questionnaire,expert interview and observation,the author attempts to analyze the current contradiction between amateur referees and professional league matches,in order to find out the relevant social and economic prerequisites in professionalizing referees,predict the feasibility and provide the practical countermeasures for the professionalization of referees. |
