创新人才培养模式 打造创业型商科学院——以丽水学院商学院为例简

培养具有创新能力的合格人才是高等教育的根本任务.良好的创新素质有利于大学生将知识、能力运用于创新之中,并为未来社会做出更大贡献.从优化教学计划,创新人才培养模式;以学科竞赛为平台,营造创业氛围;改革教学方法手段,提升教学效果;完善实践教学体系,构建创业基地;加强教师队伍建设,提高业务能力;实行本科生导师制,创新培养方法等六大方面,为打造创业型商科学院做出了探索.

Forging Entrepreneurship-promotion Business Schools by Innovating Education Mode： A Lishui University-based Case Study

The training of qualified strong innovative competence is talents with innovative ability is the fundamental task of higher education. A conducive to students in their strive to use the knowledge, skills and competence they have acquired in innovation so that they can contribute more to the community in the future. In this paper, six explorations made for forging a business school aiming at promoting students entrepreneurship are reported： innovative training mode and teaching plans; employing discipline competitions as a platform for creating entrepreneurial atmosphere; reforming teaching approaches and methods to enhance teaching efficiency; perfecting practice teaching system by establishing entrepreneurial bases; facilitating teachers to update their professional qualifications; implementing undergraduate tutorial system.
