新时期加强北方高校冬季课外体育活动的途径

以北方高校冬季课外体育体育活动为研究内容，运用文献资料、调研分析等方法，全面分析北方高校冬季课外体育活动状况，提出加强新时期北方高校课外体育活有效途径建议方案，目的在于真正落实“阳光体育运动”和“奥林匹克教育”，挖掘具有北方特色的、丰富新颖、轻松愉悦的冬季课外体育活动，尤其要注意开发冰雪运动教育，使学生对冬季课外体育活动产生极大的兴趣和从中获得极大的乐趣，达到全面提高学生体育素养，促进学生身心全面发展的目标，从而进一步促进高校体育工作全面、科学和可持续发展。

Approaches of Improving the Winter Extracurricular Physical Exercise in Northern Universities

The article chooses the winter extracurricular physical exercise in northern universities as the research object. With the methods of documentary information and investigation, it detailedly analyzes the situation of winter extracurricular physical exercise. It has a suggestion on the approaches of improving the extracurricular physical exercise in order to advance the development of "Sunny Sports" and "Olympic Education". For roundly developing the undergraduates' physical quality which is helpful to psychological health by their well enjoying the winter extracurricular physical exercise with high interest, it suggests to develop some various, novel and joyful exercises with northern feature, especially the ice-snow physical education, so that it further advances the all-sided, scientific and sustainable development of physical education.
