摘    要:高校教师的心理健康状况对于保证高校教育教学的顺利进行,改善大学生的心理健康具有重要意义。文章针对高校教师心理健康现状,在探讨高校教师心理健康问题产生原因的基础上,从社会、学校、教师三个方面提出了相应的干预对策。

Abstract:The healthy mental state of university teachers is of great significance for ensuring the successful progress of university teaching and improving the mental health of university students.This paper focuses on the status quo of university teachers' mental health,and suggests relevant intervention countermeasures from the three aspects of society,schools and teachers based on the study of the causes of university teachers' psychological problems.
